The Ho’o Pono Pono Lomi Lomi Massage Training Institute
The Institute provides training for students’ personal use, for practising massage therapists who wish to offer Hawaiian massage as one of their massage treatments, and for novice applicants wishing to make a career within the Hawaiian massage and wellness industry.
Students will learn the theory and practice of Ho’o Pono Pono Lomi Lomi massage and the ancient Huna belief system, as practiced by Hawaiian Shaman (Kahuna), upon which it is based.
Course graduates will be able to provide a holistic form of massage that treats the subject’s physical body, emotional state of mind, and the life force energy of their inner being or spirit.
Three courses are available: Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced Practitioner. Each course typically has 2 students who are issued with certificates of completion for the course they have successfully completed.
